Problem

  • Company intelligence, subscription tracking, or travel planning each required fundamentally different user journeys.
  • Allow quick access to the information and actions that matter most in the moment.
  • Mobile constraints made prioritization and information hierarchy critical for successful task completion.

Approach

  • Mapped the primary jobs to be done for each product to identify the shortest path to value.
  • Designed mobile-first experiences focused on clarity, speed, and reducing cognitive load.
  • Established reusable patterns while tailoring interactions to the specific context of each application.
